Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Quran Learn Academy ("we", "us", "our", "the Academy"). By visiting our website, submitting a form, booking a free trial, enrolling in a course, or applying to teach with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Quran Learn Academy provides live, one-on-one online Quran and Islamic education, including but not limited to Noorani Qaida, Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz (memorization), Tafseer, Arabic language, and Islamic Studies courses. All classes are conducted remotely via video call using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.
3. Free Trial
New students are entitled to a free trial class to evaluate our teaching style before committing to a paid plan. The free trial does not obligate the student or their guardian to continue with paid classes. We reserve the right to limit free trials to one per student or household.
4. Fees and Payment
Course fees are outlined on our Fee Plans page and may vary by region and plan selected. Payments are made via direct bank transfer using the account details provided on our Payment Options page — we do not process payments through this website. Fees are generally due in the first week of each billing cycle unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay on time may result in a pause or termination of classes. We do not offer automatic refunds for missed classes caused by the student, but genuine cases (illness, technical issues on our end, etc.) will be reviewed and addressed fairly on a case-by-case basis — please contact us directly to discuss any billing concern.
5. Scheduling, Attendance, and Rescheduling
Class timings are agreed upon between the student (or guardian) and the assigned teacher. We ask students to provide reasonable advance notice for rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows without notice may affect a student's access to their reserved time slot.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect respectful, courteous behavior from all students, parents, and teachers at all times. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct toward a teacher or staff member will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund. Similarly, teachers are expected to conduct themselves professionally, punctually, and in accordance with Islamic values during every session.
7. Teacher Applications and Verification
Individuals applying to teach with Quran Learn Academy are required to submit accurate personal information, a valid CNIC (or equivalent national identification), and, where applicable, supporting certificates or credentials. Submitting false, forged, or misleading identification or credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection of the application and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate. Approval as a teacher does not guarantee a fixed number of students or income, and either party may end the working relationship with reasonable notice.
8. Guest Posts and Website Content
Writers submitting content through our "Write for Us" program confirm that their submissions are original, non-plagiarized, and not generated by AI writing tools. By submitting content, writers grant Quran Learn Academy the right to publish, edit, and display the content on our blog. We reserve the right to decline or remove any submission that does not meet our editorial standards.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, course materials, logos, and branding are the property of Quran Learn Academy unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our course materials or class recordings without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we carefully vet our teachers and strive to provide a high standard of education, Quran Learn Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, third-party video call platform outages, or scheduling conflicts.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any student, parent, or teacher who violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice where necessary.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
