Depending on how you interact with our website, we may collect: contact details you submit through our Contact, Free Trial, Become a Teacher, or Write for Us forms (name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country); course-related information such as your current Quran level, age group, and preferred class timing, so we can match you with the right teacher; for teacher applicants, identity verification documents (CNIC and certificates), education, and teaching experience; and basic technical information such as browser type and general usage patterns, used only to improve the website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and schedule free trial or paid classes, match students with an appropriately qualified teacher, verify the identity and credentials of teacher applicants before approving them to teach, communicate with you about your classes, fees, or application status via email or WhatsApp, and improve our website, courses, and overall service quality. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Identity Documents (CNIC and Certificates)

CNIC images and certificates submitted by teacher applicants are stored in a private, access-restricted storage system. These documents are never made public and are only viewable by authorized academy administrators for the sole purpose of verifying an applicant's identity and qualifications before approval. They are not shared with any third party outside the academy.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Our website uses browser local storage to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode) and language selection — this data stays on your device and is not sent to us. If we use security tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our admin login from bots, that service may set its own cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our website and store data securely, including Supabase (our database and secure file storage provider), Vercel (our website hosting provider), and WhatsApp/Email (used to communicate with you after you submit a form, at your consent). These providers only process data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy standards.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request that we delete your personal information at any time by contacting us — see Section 9 below.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access-restricted databases, private file storage for sensitive documents, and admin authentication with additional bot-protection safeguards. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
